Use your Amazon Prime for charity!

Unlock generosity with your Amazon Prime membership!

One of the perks of your Amazon Prime subscription is that, every 30 days, you can
subscribe for free to a Twitch account (essentially a coupon), a perk worth around $2.50.  This can add up to $30 a year that YOU can give for free.

Join the cause by
subscribing to ButLovingston’s Twitch channel, and watch as your subscriptions
transform into impactful charity donations.

Don’t miss out –
without your subscription, Amazon retains the value, and the chance to make a
difference slips away

First Nations Youth Program

We are supporting a First Nations Youth Program, an Indigenous youth leadership program established in 2015 that is now hosted in six communities. The Program weaves traditional and mainstream leadership and wellness teachings and practices together on the land to build capability, cultural pride and confidence in young men.

Typically, the program meet one night per week in community, and one weekend per month on the land in remote parts of their territory. On weeknights youth learn a variety of skills and provide support to Elders and community members with yard work around their homes and wherever else they may be needed. Weekend training not only provides the young men with opportunities to apply the traditional knowledge and survival skills that they have learned on weeknights, but also to nurture their ability to lead small teams of younger men.

I have been a small part of one or two projects through this program. I have also had the chance to see some of these young men grow up to be impressive leaders within their communities.
